TOYOTA PRIUS FROM THE COAST'S ORIGINAL HYBRID DEALER

When it comes to Hybrid technology, talk to the team who has been there on the Hybrid scene since the start.

Our team undeniably sets the benchmark for Hybrid expertise, thanks to our huge training focus over 7 different Hybrid models since the introduction of our Hybrids here in Australia. And with over 2 million Toyota Hybrids sold worldwide (and other brands jumping on the bandwagon), it really is the future of motoring.

Come on in and test drive a masterpiece in automotive technology.

Here is the link to Toyota's dedicated Hybrid website: http://www.hybridsynergydrive.com

This is also a cool Prius page, created in the USA recently to celebrate ten years of Prius in the USA. Interestingly, I drove Prius for the first time in Japan in 1998. Amazing how time flies...

That site makes mention of Plug-in Prius. This is referring to Toyota's current trials of a completely "plug-in" version of the Prius which are underway in Australia, Japan, the USA and Europe. Also mentioned here:

In just noticed that this Australian page also has a review of the Prius, although it refers to the i-Tech model, which has the leather and sat nav. Nonetheless, it's a good read.

"What's unusual about the hybrid is that it's easy for less dedicated activists to love; you fill it up at any gas station, about half as often as you would a conventional car."

It's an interesting quote regarding Prius and the idea of doing something good while not having to learn a new way of driving.
